Brokers Welcome

Construction Loan One is able to pay a Broker Fee to licensed and registered Michigan Banks and Mortgage Companies when brokering a borrower’s loan package to Construction Loan One.
A Broker Agreement is required. Please contact our office to request a copy of the Broker Agreement or call us if you have questions at (734) 332-8000.

FACTS:

• Construction Loan One approves, underwrites and services all construction loans in-house
• Construction loan submissions can be done via email, overnight mail, hand delivered or regular mail
• Verbal Pre-Approvals usually the same day (based upon preliminary loan submission)
• Written Approvals usually within two business days (based upon full loan submission)

• Construction Loan Summary (Form 1001)
• Residential Loan Application (Form 1003)
• GFE
• Credit Report
